لوله کشی و طریقه نصب اتصالات کلرزنی

الف_ لوازم لوله کشی :

1 _ بوشن  یا کمربند پلی اتیلن با همان سایز                                                     1 عدد

2 _ مغزی                                                                                              1عدد

3 _ شیر گازی                                                                                        1عدد

4 _ سه راهی                                                                                     1عدد

5 – شیر آبی شلنگ خور                                                                            1 عدد

6 _ لوله  ، به طول کف تمام شده لوله چاه تابالای بشکه                                       اعدد

7 _ شلنگ آب

ب_ ترتیب نصب لوازم لوله کشی :

ابتدا بوشن یا کمربند پلی اتیلن را ( با توجه به نوع لوله چاه استفاده گردد .) بعد از شیر یکطرفه و شیر فلکه چاه را نصب نمائید . سپس شیر گازی راتوسط مغزی در بوشن یا نافی ذکمربند ببندید . لوله  در ظرف دیگر شیر بسته و در انتهای آن سه راهی  را نصب نمائید . بهتر است انژکتور در ورودی افقی سه راهی نصب گردیده و شیر آب بر روی ورودی ، عمودی قرار گیرد .

به علت آنکه شیر آب برای پرکردن منبع همزن استفاده می شود ، دراین حالت با هر بار بازشدن شیر برای پرکردن منبع مسیر انژکتور با فشار آب شسته و تا حدودی رسوب زدایی می شود .

B_ Install the piping parts:

The polyethylene socket or belt (according to the type of tube wells should be used.) After you install the check valve and milk wells Square.
