معمولاً عملکرد غشائی برای ممبرینهای NF جهت حذف NaCl 50٪ ، و برای CaSO4 90٪ (یا بیشتر) میباشد.
دو نوع غشاء وجود دارد:
• غشاء مارپیچی (spiral): ارزانترین نوع است، اما برای در برابر آلودگی حساستر میباشد.
• غشاء لولهای/حصیری (tubular/straw): این غشاء از نظر قیمت و مقدار تأثیر، بیشتر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد، بهراحتی کثیف نمیشود.
مقدار سطح فیلتر، ظرفیت فیلتر را تعیین میکند. بهطور کلی ممبرینهای مارپیچی (spiral) بیشترین سطح را دارند و در نتیجه ارزانترین ممبرین جهت استفادهکردن محسوب میشوند. بهطور کلی، مقدار سطح ممبرینهای لولهای/حصیری (tubular/straw) کم است.
نصب مرحلهی پیش تصفیه (pre purifying) برای آب ورودی، در عملکرد تأسیسات مؤثر است. ضرورت وجود مرحلهی پیش تصفیه به کیفیت آب ورودی بستگی دارد.
نصب مرحلهی پیش شستشو (pre cleaning) دارای مزیتهای زیر است:
• طولانی کردن عمر تجهیزات
• تولید طولانی مدت تأسیسات تا حد امکان
• ساده کردن مدیریت

Usually for Mmbrynhay NF membrane performance for removal of NaCl 50%, and CaSO4 90% (or more) years.
There are two types of membranes:
• membrane helical (spiral): Cheapest form, but is more susceptible to the infection.
• membrane tube / straw (tubular / straw): the membrane in terms of price and quantity effects, most used, not dirty easily.

Installation of pre-treatment (pre purifying) to the water, is effective in the facility. Need for pre-treatment depends on the quality of the water.
